Vacation Intervals at The Pointe

            This project is the beginning of a sophisticated introduction of vacation interval real estate ownership at Smith

            Mountain Lake, Virginia.

            Intervals (or fractionals) in Virginia are categorized under the Time Share Act. Our goal is to represent a distinct

            difference between our vacation intervals and the usual perceptions of “time share.”

            · “Time share” is usually perceived as a resort purchase of one week per year and is associated with high pressure

                sales following a strong marketing effort. The carrying costs (finance of purchase and ongoing fees) are extraordinary

                compared with usual real estate purchases.

            · Mariners Landing Intervals are 1/13 share real estate purchases (four weeks – one in each season) of a three bedroom/

                three bath (3/3) condo unit, a two bedroom/two bath (2/2) condo unit, and a studio condo unit.  Multiple shares may be purchased.
