Proposed property Owners' Association dues range from $76.94 - $344.50*, depending on location.
Dues include exterior building and grounds maintenance; common area lighting, cleaning, and
maintenance; private road, sidewalks, driveways and parking area maintenance;
common area liability and Directors & Officers insurance; landscaping; and security.
Master Association dues may be additional at approximately
$141.75 per year.
Service cost for each home's water, sewer, propane gas, electricity, and television reception are the
responsibility of the individual owner.

Golf or amenities memberships that are not activated (by paying dues) by the original

Amenities membership dues: include use of lighted tennis

Storage (fenced or unfenced): available on a yearly basis for boats,
trailers, RV's, etc.
