Required Fees Proposed property Owners' Association dues range from $76.94 - $344.50*, depending on location. Dues include exterior building and grounds maintenance; common area lighting, cleaning, and maintenance; private road, sidewalks, driveways and parking area maintenance; common area liability and Directors & Officers insurance; landscaping; and security. Master Association dues may be additional at approximately $141.75 per year.
