Mariners Landing has over 7,500 square feet of flexible rental meeting space set in beautiful Smith Mountain Lake, VA, that is ideal for groups of up to 200 people and features both wired and wireless hi-speed internet connections. Mariners Landing Resort and Conference Center includes a 4,000 square foot Festival Tent which is the perfect setting for receptions, dinners, and events. We have two banquet facilities at The Pointe that can host 200 people each. The Pointe restaurant overlooks Smith Mountain Lake and offers various locations to host your event.

The Group Sales and Conference Service Departments offer assistance in all areas related to your group meeting, conference or retreat. With our new partnership with TPS Displays, we can even offer assistance with signs and displays.

In the future, Mariners Landing is looking to expand accommodations and meeting space with an Executive Meeting Center which will feature an additional 20,000 square feet of space to accommodate groups of up to 400. This will feature a 7,000 square foot grand ballroom, exhibit space, and a glassed-in area for events and receptions overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake, VA.
