Mariners Landing has three different pools located throughout the resort.

The Pointe pool complex overlooking Smith Mountain Lake has an 80,000 gallon pool, mushroomed kiddy pool, and bathhouse, plus "The Shack" snack bar which is open daily from 11am to 6pm, offering poolside menu items and festive drinks for children and adults. The private Pointe Beach is located just outside this gated area.

The gated Cabana Pool complex is located near the Mariners Village Condominiums. The Cabana contains an 80,000 gallon pool, mushroomed kiddy pool, children’s play ground, regulation sand volleyball court and The Cabana Snack Bar (open seasonally).

The heated Small Pool, located beside the Cabana, has a 20,000 gallon pool. This pool is covered in the fall for use throughout the year.
