Mariners Landing has three different pools located throughout the resort.

The Pointe pool complex overlooking Smith Mountain Lake has an 80,000 gallon pool, mushroomed kiddy pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi tub, two water slides and bathhouse. The 80 yard long Pointe Beach is located just outside this gated area.

The gated Cabana Pool complex is located near the Mariners Village Condominiums. The Cabana contains an 80,000 gallon pool, mushroomed kiddy pool, an indoor Jacuzzi tub, two water slides, fitness center, children’s play ground, regulation sand volleyball court and The Cabana Snack Bar.

The heated Small Pool located beside the Cabana has a 20,000 gallon pool and hot tub. This pool is covered in the fall for use throughout the year.
