Half Day Rental: $50 | Full Day Rental: $80

The amenities and  boat docks at Mariners Landing are managed by TPS Management Services. Overnight boat slip rentals are available for guests staying at Mariners Landing at the following pricing:

Per watercraft: 

$24 – 1^st day

$36 – 2 days

$48 – 3 days up to 7 days (+$12/each additional day after the first week)

Long-term slip rentals are also available.

Mariners Landing amenities include: three pools, hot tubs, game rooms and fitness centers, playgrounds, volleyball court, tennis courts, fishing piers, beaches, walking trails, picnic facilities, kayaks, paddleboats, etc.

Mariners Landing has approximately 150 boat slips and 30 PWC slips. Regular slips can accommodate boats up to the following criteria: 8 1/2 ft beam, 24 ft in length, and up to 5,000 pounds. Heavy duty slips can accommodate boats up to 10 ft beam, 24 ft in length, and up to 10,000 pounds (depending on boat weight distribution).
