Mariners Landing Resort Community and Conference Center offers lots of options for fun for your whole family. You can enjoy your vacation and never have to leave our property!

The Pointe at Mariners Landing is the main Resort and features an outdoor pool, beach area and boat slips. The Pointe Restaurant is currently closed but Guest Services can provide a listing of ara restaurants for your convenience. Kayak and bikes can be checked out from, our Guest Services desk during normal hours of operation.

The Cabana, located approximately 1/2 mile from the main resort, offers pools, indoor hot tub, (2) lit tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court and a children's playground. The Cabana is also the location for our expanded Cabana Fitness Center, which is available to guests.

Includes a wide variety of virtual sports year round including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, & Golf! Challenging and fun no matter your skill level! Whether you are looking to learn a new sport, perfect your swing, or just for loads of fun the Visual Sports Simulator is entertaining and fun for the whole family. Mariners Landing Community also offers an 18-hole golf course available to guests. Standard rates apply. Please call (540) 297-7888 for more information or to book a tee-time. Our walking and biking trail winds through Mariners Landing, allowing guests to view our beautiful golf course and residential communities.

Babysitting Services Mariners Landing Resort does not directly offer babysitting services, however we do have a list of interested individuals who have asked us to provide you with their names and phone numbers. You must be a registered guest or have a reservation to receive this information. Please note that we do not assume any responsibility nor do we set or collect any monies.
